Session Information

Sessions take place in a calm and supportive environment where movement, reflection, and conversation are used to explore emotional and physical experience.
You do not need any previous experience with dance or movement. The focus is not on performance, but on awareness, expression, and connection between mind and body.
Sessions may include gentle movement, guided reflection, breathing, and therapeutic dialogue. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and within their personal comfort level.

Sessions are typically held in small groups of 4–8 participants and run for approximately one hour.
The sessions may include:
• Gentle movement exploration
• Awareness of breath, posture, balance, and mental state
• Reflection on physical and emotional experience
• Opportunities for quiet observation and discussionEach session is adapted to support a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
